Monsoon is the lovely season of rain and in this time we love to enjoy by little walk in the rain with fresh cut fruits. However it is not just humans who loves rainy season, bacteria & viruses also enjoy it just as much. So here's a fully prepared list of skincare & health tips during your lovely season.
A. Effective Skincare & hygienes:
Here I'm gonna share some fruitful tips to you for a lovely and healthy skin.
1. Keep your skin dry at all times when you're in your house.
2. Clean your face with soap or face wash three times in a day.
3. Avoid Bold makeup but you can use light or matte finish makeup.
4. Drink enough water (2-3 liters).Take tea twice a day.
5. Wash your hair twice a week with mild shampoo.
6. Say No to hair colors.
7. Exfoliate your skin.
9. Take enough sleep. Don't stay up late working or watching web-series.
10. Avoid Junk foods, take light foods.
11. Get your clothes ironed.
12. Take care to your nails and hands. Wash them underneath them so that germs and bacteria don't accumulate there.
14. Use cream based on your skin types.
15. Say no to wet shoes, though it's almost impossible in monsoon to keep shoe Clean and dry, Clean shoes if it is mud spattered.
16. Keep your room clean.
